Recycling-Anleitung für das kosmetische Aerosol-Haarspray

1. Dose (Weißblech / FE 40)

   • Leeren Sie die Dose vollständig.

   • Entfernen Sie den Sprühkopf, falls möglich.

   • Geben Sie die leere Dose in die Metall- oder Weißblech-Sammlung ♻️.

2. Rührkugel (Edelstahl / Glas)

   • Die Kugel ist recycelbar.

   • Entnehmen Sie sie aus der Dose und geben Sie sie in die Metall- oder Glas-Sammlung, je nach lokalen Vorschriften.

3. Ventilmechanismus (POM Kunststoff)

   • Das Ventil ist nicht recycelbar ⛔.

   • Entsorgen Sie es im Restmüll.

4. Sprühkopf / Aktuator (PP Kunststoff)

   • Nicht recycelbar ⛔.

   • Entsorgen Sie im Restmüll.

5. Deckel (PP-Random Kunststoff / PPR 10232)

   • Recycelbar ♻️.

   • Geben Sie den Deckel in die Kunststoff-Sammlung, falls diese getrennt gesammelt wird.

6. Etikett (PP oder PE Folie)

   • Nicht recycelbar ⛔.

   • Entfernen Sie das Etikett, falls möglich, und entsorgen Sie es im Restmüll.

7. Beilage (Recyclingpapier / PAP 22)

   • Recycelbar ♻️.

   • Geben Sie die Papierbeilage in die Papier- oder Altpapiersammlung.

Zusätzliche Hinweise für Kunden:

Recyclingfähigkeit / Wiederverwendbarkeit

Gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 1 und 2 der Verpackungsverordnung (VerpackV) sowie Artikel 22 der Verordnung über Verpackungen und Verpackungsabfälle (PPWR – Proposal COM(2022) 677) ist eine Wiederverwendbarkeit oder Nachfüllbarkeit dieser Aerosolverpackung nicht gegeben.

Die Verpackung wurde als Einwegverpackung konzipiert, da sicherheitsbedingte Anforderungen nach Richtlinie 75/324/EWG sowie der CLP-Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 eine dauerhafte Hochdruckversiegelung erforderlich machen. Die verwendeten Formulierungen mit viskosen Inhaltsstoffen (u. a. Eisenoxide, Acrylate) benötigen den Einsatz von DME (Dimethylether) als Treibmittel unter hohem Druck. Ein sicheres und hygienisches Nachfüllen oder Wiederverwenden ist daher aus technischen, sicherheits- und hygienerechtlichen Gründen ausgeschlossen.

Die Konstruktion der Dose erlaubt kein Öffnen ohne Beschädigung der Sicherheitseinrichtung, womit die Wiederverwendung ebenfalls nach Artikel 3 (13) PPWR ausgeschlossen ist.

Diese Feststellungen sind konform mit den Grundsätzen der Produktsicherheit, wie sie auch in der Produktsicherheitsrichtlinie 2001/95/EG definiert sind.

Recycling Instructions

• Recycling Instructions for Cosmetic Aerosol Hair Spray

  1. Can (Tinplate / FE 40)

     • Empty the can completely.

     • Remove the spray head if possible.

     • Place the empty can in the metal recycling bin ♻️.

  2. Mixing Ball(s) (Stainless Steel / Glass)

     • The ball is recyclable.

     • Remove it from the can and place it in the metal or glass recycling, depending on local rules.

  3. Valve Mechanism (POM Plastic)

     • Not recyclable ⛔.

     • Dispose of in general waste.

  4. Spray Head / Actuator (PP Plastic)

     • Not recyclable ⛔.

     • Dispose of in general waste.

Recyclability / Reusability

According to Article 6(1) and (2) of the German Packaging Ordinance (VerpackV) and Article 22 of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR – Proposal COM(2022) 677), this aerosol packaging is not reusable or refillable.

The packaging is designed as single-use due to safety requirements under Directive 75/324/EEC and the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, which necessitate permanent high-pressure sealing. The formulations used, containing viscous substances (e.g., iron oxides, acrylates), require the use of DME (dimethyl ether) as a propellant under high pressure. Safe and hygienic refilling or reuse is therefore technically, legally, and hygienically excluded.

The can design does not allow opening without damaging the safety mechanism, which also excludes reuse under Article 3(13) PPWR.

These assessments are in accordance with general product safety principles as defined in the General Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC.
